Founded in 2015, Adi Amit, P.A. d/b/a Defender of Business is an employment and labor defense firm, focused on defending small and mid-sized businesses throughout the state of Florida. Led by Adi Amit, Esquire, and drawing from Mr. Amit’s vast experience handling hundreds of matters in federal court, as well as circuit courts within the state of Florida, and successfully leading jury trials in federal court, in addition to litigating disputes, the Firm focuses on crafting employee policies and modifying clients’ practices that will stand the tests of local, State, and federal regulations, to minimize and mitigate risks for future disputes.
