Nathan A. Soowal
Nathan Soowal is an associate attorney at The Firm. Mr. Soowal is a fourth generation Floridian with deep roots within the local community. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and in Economics, Mr. Soowal attended Florida International University College of Law. During his time there, Mr. Soowal volunteered at FIU’s pro bono legal clinic, providing legal assistance to struggling members of the surrounding community. Mr. Soowal also worked as a research assistant while attending FIU, providing assistance in the editing and proofing of Bank Funding, Liquidity, and Capital Adequacy: A Law and Finance Approach, and was awarded a CALI Award for having the highest grade in Copyright.
Prior to joining The Firm, Mr. Soowal accumulated experience at two civil litigation firms, and handled a variety of cases, including foreclosure defense, HOA/COA disputes, personally injury, timeshare consumer law and commercial litigation disputes. Mr. Soowal is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and in front of the United States Court for the Southern District of Florida.
